I wanted to share these power statement starters with you that I received from one of my mentors a few months ago during a live event. Our words are powerful creators and what we say has immediate impact on our lives. We may not see it right away but trust me, the seeds that we've planted are growing.
I want you to take out a piece of paper or your journal and write down your desires beginning with these phrases. For example:
"I am a beautiful woman and any man I give my attention to is lucky to have me."
"I can nail this interview and be promoted to the head of my department/team."
"I love when my husband leaves thoughtful little notes where he knows I will find them."
"I always find the best parking spaces wherever I go."
"I desire the most amazingly sensual connection with my body."
I know you're probably wondering why I'm always asking you to write things down. As you are writing these statements, you are communicating with your subconscious mind. Your eyes are seeing your words in your own handwriting. You're probably saying them to yourself which is influencing your thoughts. And if any of you have read Think and Grow Rich, you can read these statements before you go to bed and right when you wake up every morning for an even greater impact.
This is about changing the way you think about and view yourself and your desires. You can create whatever you want but you HAVE to believe it. When you put forth the effort to change your mind, everything else will follow and you will realize the power of your sensuality and femininity.
